Since 1991, the Merrill Land Company has raised the standards of residential, commercial and retail development in the region. Continually the firm has been responsible for creating properties that have enhanced the landscape, enriched the lives of the region’s residents and served as benchmarks in the development industry.
The Merrill Land Company is located in Pensacola, Florida, and is owned and operated by brothers Collier Merrill, Burney Merrill and Will Merrill III. Native Pensacolians, the Merrill brothers have long-standing ties to the community through not only their holdings; land, restaurants, property developments and real estate, but through their civic involvement on national, state and local levels.
Today, the Merrill Land Company continues to build on the history of developing projects including raw land projects, office and retail space, condominiums, subdivisions and new homes.
