Gulf Highlands Development

Gulf Shores, Alabama
A proposed 500 unit resort condominium located on the exclusive Ft. Morgan peninsula west of Gulf Shores, Alabama. The site includes over 2,000 feet of frontage along the Gulf of Mexico. The overall site is approximately 100 acres, with 80 acres preserved in a conservation easement.
